Are there any requirements to volunteer?All volunteers MUST be at least 18 years of age, complete and pass a criminal background check, register for a minimum of three (3) shifts and attend Volunteer Orientation.

What are the dates of the 2025 NCAA Men’s Final Four?Friday April 4th through Monday, April 7th, 2025.

How many shifts am I required to volunteer for?Volunteers are required to register for a minimum of three (3), 3–4-hour shifts throughout the Final Four week.

How do I sign up for volunteer shifts?All 2025 Men’s Final Four volunteer registrations will take place using the Rosterfy online platform. All shifts will be first come first served and spots for all shifts will be open until all are filled. Registration Steps: Step 1 - Create a Rosterfy Volunteer Account Complete the Required Questions Step 2 - Register for Shifts Step 3 - Register for Orientation Step 4 - Background Check Step 5 - Background Check in Progress Step 6 - Welcome to the Volunteer Team

Do we receive a uniform for volunteering?Yes. All volunteers will receive a 2025 NCAA Men’s Final Four branded hat and polo shirt.

When will I receive my uniform?Volunteers will receive their uniform at Volunteer Orientation

What are the dates for volunteer orientation?Volunteers are required to attend an Orientation session. Volunteers will be asked to choose which Session they plan on attending, as part of the registration process. Dates Available Sunday, March 16, 2025 – time/location TBD Monday, March 24, 2025 - At 6 p.m. at the Henry B. González Convention Center Tuesday, March 25, 2025 - At 6 p.m. at the Henry B. González Convention Center

Will any volunteers be placed at or inside the stadium (Alamodome)?Yes, some shifts require volunteers to be placed at or inside the Alamodome to assist with wayfinding and sustainability efforts.

Can I bring my child with me to my shift?No. However, if your child is 18 or older, he/she can register to volunteer.

I am from out of town, is lodging provided for volunteers?No. Volunteers are responsible for their own travel, transportation and lodging accommodations.

Will free parking be provided for volunteers?Dedicated parking will be provided at no cost to volunteers at the UTSA Downtown campus Durango Lot and Parking Lot D3. Please see the parking map HERE. Free Transportation from the UTSA Downtown parking lots to Volunteer Headquarters (located at the Henry B. Gonzales Convention Center) will be provided by VIA metropolitan Transit for free during Final Four Week.

Can I get involved as a volunteer prior to Final Four Week?Yes! We will have multiple opportunities for volunteers to assist our staff prior to April 2025. Administrative, Fan Jam and other community outreach opportunities will be available for volunteers looking to get involved now. Please note, these volunteer opportunities do count towards the 3-shift minimum requirement for Final Four Volunteers. To learn more about upcoming events click HERE.
